Art Start Art Camp final week

So many talented kids once again this week!
As well as making masks, ceramics suns, tie dye, origami and drawing, they created pastel landscapes in a folk art style inspired by Karla Gerard's work.
The full day campers made mosaic frames and loved it!  They asked if they could do some more.  I called a friend who was able to bring us over a sturdy piece of plywood.  We all worked together to create a collaborative mosaic.  It's wonderful when things work out on the spur of a moment!
Last year Emma drew mainly cats.  This year her sketchbook is filled with characters that she has created.
